Placing an order with StoreWOW.com is easy. There is no need to create an
account first. Just select the products you wish to buy and pay for them using
your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and Paypal
We can also accept orders over the phone.
SHIPPING METHOD
The shipping prices in our website are for GROUND delivery. Contact us at
sales@storewow.com when you need a shipping upgrade (Next day, second day, etc)
before or as soon as you place your order.
If you want your product to be ship to a to P.O. Box , APO address , Hawaii or
Alaska you may be require to pay an additional fee. Also expect longer delivery
time.
Shipping to Puerto Rico and Canada is also available. Please contact us for
rates and delivery times
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery , Paypal, Check, Money order, or
cashier's check denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. If you
are using American Express please choose the Paypal option.
When paying with checks or money order please contact us before at
sales@storewow.com and we will hold your product.
We accept orders from government and education institutions. Please contact us
for more details. We give discount when buying in volume.
ORDER TRACKING
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.
After we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number.
There are no tracking numbers for APO addresses. You can always track your
package in our website http://www.storewow.com/TrackingNo.aspx
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email your email service is blocking our
emails ( This is true for AOL and EARTHLINK customers) .. Please make sure that
you can receive emails from sales@storewow.com
RETURNS
You may return most items sold by StoreWOW.com within 30 days of delivery. We
have a standard re-stocking fee of 20% if the return is for any other reason
than a defective product.
If you wish to return the item because a mistake from our part, we will refund
you 100%. Please don’t open or use the product before shipping it back to us.
If your product is defective please contact first the manufacture. The
manufacture will fix or replace the product. If you do not accept the
manufacture warranty a restocking fee will apply.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing
parts.
Any item that has been register or license is being use.
Always contact us before a return. We will provide you a RMA number and a
shipping address. Please ship the item in the original box and packaging
material. Returns without RMA won’t be processed.
Shipping cost is not refundable in any case.

Once you've established that you should be able to receive mail from us, please

If you don’t want to use your credit card information in the Internet you can
always call us to place your order over the phone or send your payment using
checks or money order.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order you can just email us as soon as you place
your order requesting it. If the order has not been ship we will refund your
money 100%. If your order has been shipped you can’t cancel it. You will have
to return it. Please request an RMA number and address where to ship the
product. We ship from different warehouses and fulfillment centers we cannot
warrantee a minimum time to cancel an order.
